Soccer Game Preview: Roseland Collegiate Prep vs. Mendocino

The Roseland Collegiate Prep Grizzlies will take on the Mendocino Cardinals at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.

Roseland Collegiate Prep is headed into Friday's contest following a draw, the team's first since August 29. Neither they nor Calistoga could gain the upper hand on Wednesday so the two teams had to settle for a 2-2 draw.

Meanwhile, Mendocino was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 7-1 to Tomales.

Mendocino's defeat dropped their record down to 5-10. Roseland Collegiate Prep's draw gives them a new season record of 4-5-2.

Roseland Collegiate Prep suffered a grim 5-0 defeat to Mendocino when the teams last played back in October of 2024. Can the Grizzlies avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
