The Delta Panthers will venture away from home to face off against the Bowsher Rebels at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
On Friday, Delta earned an 8-4 win over Toledo Christian.

Lane Lopez was incredible, going 2-for-3 with one home run, three runs, and one stolen base. Those three runs gave him a new career-high. Emric Friess also deserves some recognition as he brought in his first RBI of the season.
They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Delta kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Toledo Christian only managed four.
Meanwhile, while Bowsher put up plenty of runs on Wednesday, the same can't be said for Scott. The Rebels put the hurt on the Bulldogs with a sharp 21-0 victory. The result was nothing new for the Rebels, who have now won seven contests by 11 runs or more so far this season.
Bryson Allison made a splash while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and not a single walk). He also tossed no walks, which is notable because Bowsher is 2-1 when he allows at most one walk, but 8-10 otherwise. Allison was also big at the plate, getting on base in two of his three plate appearances with two runs and one stolen base.
In other batting news, Bowsher got a massive performance out of Donovan McClellan, who went 2-for-3 with one home run, three runs, and four RBI. McClellan is becoming a predictor of the Rebels' success: when he posts at least two runs the team is 8-2 (and 2-9 when he doesn't). Another player making a difference was Sean Hartford, who went 2-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs.
The win got Delta back to even at 10-10. As for Bowsher, their record now sits at 10-11.
