Softball Recap: MFL MarMac Comes Up Short

MFL MarMac was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 14th straight loss. They came up short against North Fayette Valley, falling 10-2. That's two games in a row now that the Bulldogs have lost by exactly eight runs.

MFL MarMac's defeat dropped their record down to 2-16. As for North Fayette Valley, they have been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 12 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-13 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: North Fayette Valley beat MFL MarMac by a score of 5-1 later that day.
