North has gone a perfect 8-0 against Tehachapi recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Stars will head out on the road to face off against the Warriors at 6:30 p.m. North will be strutting in after a win while Tehachapi will be coming in after a loss.

On Thursday, North was fully in charge, breezing past West 84-52. Given the Stars' advantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 307th, while the Vikings are ranked 1109th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, after a string of three wins, Tehachapi's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They took a 64-48 bruising from South.

North is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-9 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.3 points over those games. As for Tehachapi, their defeat dropped their record down to 17-8.

Everything came up roses for North against Tehachapi in their previous matchup back in January of 2025, as the team secured a 77-49 win. Will the Stars repeat their success, or do the Warriors have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
