Flintridge Prep waltzed into their matchup on Friday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They took their contest with ease, bagging a 67-38 win over the Polytechnic Panthers. The Wolves have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten games by 29 points or more this season.

Polytechnic lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Harper Doyle, who went 6 for 14 on her way to 16 points. Another player making a difference was Jessie Yip, who posted eight points and five boards.

Flintridge Prep pushed their record up to 18-1 with the victory, which was their eighth straight at home. As for Polytechnic, their defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 12-6.

Flintridge Prep and Polytechnic should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps California Rankings. Flintridge Prep will face off against Rio Hondo Prep at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday up 425 places (51 vs. 476). Similarly, Polytechnic (ranked 387th) will meet Chadwick (ranked 786th) at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
