Softball Recap: North Hall Has No Trouble Against Chestatee

North Hall won the last time they faced Chestatee and things went their way on Thursday too. The Trojans were the clear victors by a 12-1 margin over the War Eagles. The Trojans might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five contests by eight runs or more this season.

North Hall has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.4 runs over those games. As for Chestatee, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-10.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. North Hall is set to square off against their familiar foe Pickens at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Trojans 3.1, the Dragons 2.3) so any runs scored will be well earned. Meanwhile, Chestatee will take on rival White County at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
