Skutt Catholic waltzed into their matchup on Saturday with 11 straight wins... but they left with 12. They blew past the Lakeview Vikings 8-1. The SkyHawks might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 20 games by six runs or more this season.

Isa Torrez looked comfortable as she tossed 3.2 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in 17 consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Skutt Catholic got a massive performance out of Dylan Glatter, who went 2-for-3 with one home run, two RBI, and one double. Laini Michaelis was another key player, going 2-for-3 with one triple, one run, and one double.

Skutt Catholic kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 13 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least nine hits in seven consecutive contests.

Skutt Catholic's victory bumped their record up to 25-5. As for Lakeview, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 15-10 record this season.

As of now, neither Skutt Catholic nor Lakeview have any future games scheduled.
