Basketball Recap: Union Gets the Win

While Union's win against Raleigh wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Yellowjackets narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Lions 58-56.

Aidan Davis had an outrageously good game as he posted 34 points. Another player making a difference was Tanerrial Patrick, who had seven points.

The win got Union back to even at 1-1. As for Raleigh, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Union has already played their next game, a 51-33 victory against Noxapater on the 6th. As for Raleigh, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 57-54 win against Taylorsville on the 9th.
