Soccer Recap: Seven Straight Home Wins for Pinecrest Academy

Pinecrest Academy proved they can win big last Friday (they won by four) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They beat the Athens Academy Spartans by a goal, winning 3-2. The victory was nothing new for Pinecrest Academy as they're now sitting on four straight.

Luca Baxter and Jacob Bohn scored all three of Pinecrest Academy's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 12 goals.

The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 29 goals over those seven games. As for Athens Academy, the defeat snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 4-5 record.
