Basketball Recap: Sacramento Country Day Comes Up Short

Sacramento Country Day was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 23rd straight defeat dating back to last season. They were outmatched by the Sacramento Adventist Capitals and fell 63-19. While losing is never fun, the Cavaliers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 1212th, while the Capitals are ranked 362nd).

Sacramento Country Day's loss dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Sacramento Adventist, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 18-4 record this season.
