Soccer Game Preview: Ringgold vs. Sonoraville

Ringgold is 2-8 against Sonoraville since March of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. The Ringgold Tigers will host the Sonoraville Phoenix at 7:00 p.m. The two teams are strolling into their games after big wins in their previous games.

Ringgold's defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Murray County as Ringgold made off with a 3-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Tigers.

They hit Murray County with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Santana Hagery, Xander Strawbridge, and Isaac Talley.

Meanwhile, after failing to score in their last contest, Sonoraville made sure to put some goals up on the board against Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Warriors with a sharp 9-1 win. The Phoenix might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three games by eight goals or more this season.

Ringgold now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Sonoraville, their victory bumped their record up to 6-2.
