Basketball Recap: North Allegheny Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when North Allegheny faced off against Blackhawk on Monday. The matchup between the North Allegheny Tigers and the Blackhawk Cougars didn't end well, with the North Allegheny Tigers falling 64-48. The Tigers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Cougars apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in December of 2016.

It was another big night for Aubree Hupp, who dropped a double-double with 26 points and 13 boards for Blackhawk. The game was Hupp's 27th in a row with at least 15 points. Andrea Kinger was another key player, going 5 for 9 to rack up 11 points and three steals.

North Allegheny is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-13. As for Blackhawk, the win was the 13th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 20-2.

As of now, neither North Allegheny nor Blackhawk have any future games scheduled.
