Basketball Recap: Central Cambria Comes Up Short

Central Cambria lost against Hollidaysburg back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Central Cambria Red Devils were dealt a 67-35 loss at the hands of the Hollidaysburg Golden Tigers. The match marked the Red Devils' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Central Cambria's defeat dropped their record down to 14-7. As for Hollidaysburg, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 18-2.

Central Cambria does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Hollidaysburg, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Bishop Guilfoyle at 8:45 p.m. on Friday. Hollidaysburg knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three matchups -- so hopefully Bishop Guilfoyle likes a good challenge.
