Soccer Recap: West Hall Comes Up Short

If West Hall was riding high fresh off their 8-0 takedown of North Hall last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The West Hall Spartans lost 5-1 to the Dacula Falcons on Tuesday.

West Hall now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Dacula, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 5-1.

Looking ahead, West Hall will look to defend their home pitch on Friday against East Hall at 7:30 p.m. As for Dacula, they will head out on the road to challenge Mountain View at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Dacula will be up against Mountain View's rather soft defense (which has allowed 3.25 goals per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
