Basketball Game Preview: Plants and Pillars HomeSchool vs. Trinity Christian Falcons

Plants and Pillars HomeSchool will take on the Trinity Christian Falcons at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday.

Last Friday, Plants and Pillars HomeSchool came up short against Portersville Christian and fell 41-29.

Meanwhile, Trinity Christian came tearing into Thursday's game with five straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 19 points) and they left with even more momentum. They snuck past Beaver County Christian with a 46-42 victory. The win was all the more spectacular given the Falcons' disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 389th, while Beaver County Christian are ranked 159th).

Trinity Christian's victory was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-3. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 20.3 points per game. As for Plants and Pillars HomeSchool, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Everything went Plants and Pillars HomeSchool's way against Trinity Christian in their previous meeting back in January of 2024, as Plants and Pillars HomeSchool made off with a 43-20 win.
