University strolled into their game on Tuesday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They came out on top against the Roosevelt Roughriders by a score of 9-6. This was payback for the Bulldogs, who suffered an 8-7 defeat the last time these two teams met.

The team relied heavily on Jasi Cole, who went 1-for-2 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. Another player making a difference was Jocelyn Chacon, who went 1-for-3 with one home run and three RBI.

They weren't the only ones working in the home run department: University lost a few balls and finished the game with three home runs. That's the most home runs they've posted since back in October of 2024.

University's victory bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Roosevelt, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

University wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 10-3 win against Northridge on the 28th. As for Roosevelt, they have also already played their next match, an 11-1 victory against Timnath on the 28th.
