Soccer Recap: Kell Comes Up Short

Kell managed to slip by Allatoona the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Kell Longhorns came up short against the Allatoona Buccaneers on Tuesday, falling 5-1. Things were pretty much settled by the half as the Longhorns were already down 3-0.

Their goal came courtesy of Carlo Delavequia, which was the first he's scored this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Kell and nudges their season record down to 1-2. As for Allatoona, their win bumped their record up to 3-1.

Kell wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next game, a 4-1 defeat against Centennial on the 28th. As for Allatoona, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-2 victory against Sequoyah on the 28th.
