North Clarion is 9-1 against Clarion-Limestone since February of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The North Clarion Wolves will square off against the Clarion-Limestone Lions at 7:30 p.m.

Last Friday, North Clarion ended up a good deal behind Keystone and lost 47-29.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Clarion-Limestone faced off against Keystone on Monday. Clarion-Limestone managed a 36-30 win over Keystone.

Clarion-Limestone found their leader in sophomore Julianna Schwabenbauer, who went 5 of 12 on her way to 10 points along with seven boards and three blocks. Another player making a difference was Hannah Beggs, who posted four points in addition to nine rebounds and three steals.

Clarion-Limestone smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 26 offensive rebounds. That's the most offensive boards they've managed all season.

North Clarion's loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 4-6. As for Clarion-Limestone, their record now sits at 7-4.

Everything came up roses for North Clarion against Clarion-Limestone when the teams last played back in January of 2024, as the team secured a 59-30 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for North Clarion since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
