After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Twin River, Pierce was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They had just enough and edged out the Arlington Eagles 7-6. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Bluejays have posted since September 26, 2024.

Jessa Kraft was incredible, going 2-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. The team also got some help courtesy of Evelyn Skrdla, who went 1-for-2 with two stolen bases and two runs.

Pierce now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Arlington, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Pierce didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 14-3 victory against Ord on the 23rd. As for Arlington, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 12-5 win against Ponca on the 23rd.
