Soccer Game Preview: Duluth vs. Peachtree Ridge

A feisty cat fight will be fought as Duluth duke it out with Peachtree Ridge at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams are strolling into their matches after big wins in their previous games.

Duluth is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. Their defense stepped up to hand Shiloh a 10-0 shutout on Tuesday. Give Duluth's defense some credit: that's the team's fourth straight shutout.

Meanwhile, after failing to score in their last contest, Peachtree Ridge made sure to put some goals up on the board against Cherokee Bluff on Tuesday. They blew past the Bears 6-0. Considering Peachtree Ridge's offense had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

Duluth has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-3 record this season. As for Peachtree Ridge, their win bumped their record up to 9-5.
