Soccer Recap: Hoover Takes a Loss

Hoover was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Washington Union Panthers. If Hoover were looking for revenge after losing 5-0 to Washington Union when the teams met back in December of 2023, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Hoover's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4-1. As for Washington Union, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-2-1 record this season.

Hoover will square off against Mission Oak at 9:50 a.m. on Friday. As for Washington Union, they will challenge Liberty at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
