Softball Recap: Dunwoody Comes Up Short on the Road Against Duluth

Dunwoody kicked off their season on the road on Wednesday and hit a couple of potholes. They fell just short of Duluth by a score of 4-3. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it five in a row.

Dunwoody saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brooke Parkes, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base and one run.

Looking ahead, Dunwoody will host Southwest DeKalb at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Duluth, they are headed away from home for the first time to face off against South Forsyth at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
