Harrison Central and St. Martin are an even 5-5 against one another since November of 2015, but not for long. The Red Rebels will head out to face off against the Yellow Jackets at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Having struggled with four losses in a row, Harrison Central turned things around against Oak Forest Academy on Saturday. They strolled past the Yellowjackets with points to spare, taking the game 59-44.

Jasen Pace continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double with 12 points and ten rebounds. He has become a key player for Harrison Central: the team is 5-1 when he posts at least eight boards, but 1-5 otherwise. Jordan Woods also deserves some recognition as he posted his first block of the season.
Harrison Central was working as a unit and finished the game with 11 assists. They are 4-1 when they've passed the ball that well.
Meanwhile, St. Martin didn't have too much trouble with Greene County on Thursday as they won 60-42. The victory continues a trend for the Yellow Jackets in their matchups with the Wildcats: they've now won six in a row.
St. Martin's win came from a few key players Harrison Central will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Reginald 'RJ' Keys, who shot 63% from the field to rack up 17 points and five rebounds. Another player making a difference was Markel Simmons, who went 5-for-8 on his way to 12 points and three steals.
The win got Harrison Central back to even at 6-6. As for St. Martin, they now have a winning record of 7-6.
Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: Harrison Central has been crashing the boards this season, having averaged 30.4 boards per game. However, it's not like St. Martin struggles in that department as they've been averaging 30.5 rebounds. With both teams battling to corral missed shots, we'll see if one team can grab an edge.
Harrison Central came up short against St. Martin in their previous meeting back in January, falling 58-52.
