The Big Sandy Wildcats can now show off eight landslide victories after their most recent contest on Tuesday. They breezed by Harleton at home to the tune of 76-43. For Big Sandy, this counts as revenge for the 65-62 loss Harleton walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January.

Big Sandy's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Malijah Francis, who scored 21 points along with five steals. Trey Coleman was another key contributor, scoring 19 points along with six blocks and five steals.

Big Sandy is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-14 record this season. As for Harleton, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-19.

Big Sandy will be playing in front of their home fans against Linden-Kildare at 6:15 p.m. on Friday. Linden-Kildare comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 18 points in their last eight games, a trend the team is of course eager to reverse. As for Harleton, they will head out on the road to challenge Union Grove at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The timing is sure in Union Grove's favor as the squad sits on three straight wins at home while Harleton has been banged up by four consecutive losses on the road.
