River Ridge was forced to take a big defeat against they on Thursday, they got the better of them on Thursday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Woodstock Wolverines a 4-0 shutout. This was a revenge game for the Knights: when they faced off against the Wolverines on Thursday, they had to take a 14-3 loss.

River Ridge is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-11 record this season.
