Newbury Park is 4-0 against Camarillo since December of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Monday. The Newbury Park Panthers are taking a road trip to square off against the Camarillo Scorpions at 7:30 p.m. Newbury Park is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 4.3 goals per game this season.

Newbury Park took a loss when they played away from home on Tuesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Thursday. They blew past Oak Park 6-1. Maddie Neier was a massive factor in the win as she booted in three goals all by herself.

Meanwhile, Camarillo was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were one goals away from ending the streak, but they lost a 4-3 heartbreaker at the hands of Thousand Oaks.

The victory got Newbury Park back to even at 2-2. As for Camarillo, they now have a losing record at 2-3.

Newbury Park beat Camarillo 2-0 in their previous meeting back in December of 2023. The rematch might be a little tougher for Newbury Park since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
