The Jefferson West Tigers will challenge the Prairie View Buffalos at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Jefferson West is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They took their contest with ease, bagging a 45-6 victory over Anderson County. With the Tigers ahead 26-0 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.

Jefferson West's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Brixton Schwinn, who threw for 345 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 12.3 yards per attempt, and also punched in one score on the ground. Those five passing touchdowns gave Schwinn a new career-high. Brody Schwinn did his part for the team as well, scoring a TD off of 152 receiving yards.

Meanwhile, Prairie View entered their tilt with Burlington on Thursday with six consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with seven. They breezed past the Wildcats to the tune of 48-6.
Jefferson West better keep an eye on Parker Schwarz. He was instrumental in Prairie View's win, rushing for 285 yards and three TDs while picking up 10.6 yards per carry. Schwarz's rushing production has been exceptional as that marked his seventh straight game with at least 184 rushing yards. Prairie View also got a significant boost from Josh Goodwin, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 83 yards.
Jefferson West's record now sits at 7-2. As for Prairie View, their record is now 8-1.
