While Alexandria's victory against Bemidji wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Cardinals slipped by the Lumberjacks 36-35 on Friday. The win continues a trend for the Cardinals in their matchups with the Lumberjacks: they've now won nine in a row.

Alexandria's victory bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Bemidji, their defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 3-3.
