Riverdale came into Tuesday's matchup having lost three straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They had just enough and edged out the Ithaca Bulldogs 2-1 on Tuesday. That's more bragging rights for the Chieftains, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Riverdale now has a winning record of 12-11. As for Ithaca, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 15-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Riverdale will challenge Prairie du Chien at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Blackhawks have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 6.71 runs per game on average), something the Chieftains will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Ithaca, they will take on Highland at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
