Baseball Recap: Douglass Astros vs. Mt. Zion Bulldogs
Douglass was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They were two runs away from ending the streak, but they lost an 11-9 heartbreaker at the hands of the Mt. Zion Bulldogs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 9-6 on Wednesday.

Anthony Alexander was cooking despite his team's loss, getting on base in all four of his plate appearances with four stolen bases, one triple, and two RBI.
