Royal had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 16.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They breezed past the Del Sol Jaguars to the tune of 47-14. That 33 point margin sets a new team best for the Highlanders this season.

Royal's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Mikaela Jones, who posted 15 points. Paige Larango was another key player, putting up 13 points.

Royal now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Del Sol, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-4.

Coincidentally, Royal and Del Sol will both be playing Magnolia the next time they take the court. The Highlanders will head out to face the Sentinels at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, while the Jaguars will play them later in the day, at 2:30 p.m.
