West Park takes down Wood in a playoff battle

Recap: West Park vs. Wood
With a playoff game on the line, the West Park Panthers rose to the challenge on Saturday. They never let the Wildcats onto the board and left with a 4-0 win. West Park might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team's won eight matches by four goals or more this season.
They hit Wood with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from
Hayley Doughty (2),
Bella Madigan, and
Keira Taylor.
West Park is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matches, which provided a nice bump to their 11-2-3 record this season. As for Wood, they dropped their record down to 8-14 with that loss, which was their third straight on the road.
West Park will face off against Roseville at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Roseville's last three matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. Wood does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
