Soccer Recap: Northridge Academy Comes Up Short

Northridge Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the East Valley Falcons. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Pumas this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 6-2 last Saturday.

Northridge Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-10-1. As for East Valley, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 12-1-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Northridge Academy will host Vaughn at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday. Northridge Academy is facing Vaughn at the right time seeing as Vaughn is stuck on a three-game losing streak. East Valley has already played their next game (against Fulton), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
