Baseball Recap: Evanston Comes Up Short

Evanston and Glenbrook North squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Evanston had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Spartans by a score of 5-3. The Wildkits haven't had much luck with the Spartans recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Evanston's defeat dropped their record down to 15-22. As for Glenbrook North, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 13 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-13 record this season.

As of now, neither Evanston nor Glenbrook North have any future games scheduled.
