Soccer Recap: Brooks County Starts Season with Victory Against Monroe

Brooks County took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Monroe Golden Tornadoes with a sharp 9-1 win. Jesse Castillo was a massive factor in the win as he booted in three goals all by himself.

Brooks County has already played their next match, a 5-2 victory against Cook on the 11th. Monroe will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Bainbridge at 7:30 p.m. on March 4th.
