Basketball Recap: Propel Braddock Hills Skates Past Nazareth Prep with Ease

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Propel Braddock Hills). They breezed by the Nazareth Prep Saints to the tune of 43-14 on Thursday. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest win of the season.

Propel Braddock Hills found their leader in freshman Cadence Patrick, who posted 17 points. Those 17 points set a new season-high mark for Patrick. Trinity Finney was another key player, putting up ten points.

The victory was the third in a row for Propel Braddock Hills, bringing their record for this year to 4-1. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 16.3 points per game. As for Nazareth Prep, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Propel Braddock Hills will head out to face off against Carrick at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Nazareth Prep, they won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Brashear at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
