Soccer Game Preview: Casa Roble vs. Sutter

The Casa Roble Rams will face off against the Sutter Huskies at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

On Monday, Casa Roble didn't have quite enough to beat El Camino and fell 2-1. The loss continues a trend for the Rams in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now lost four in a row.

Casa Roble's goal came courtesy of Adamaris Perez-Garcia, which was the first she's scored this season.

Meanwhile, Sutter didn't have quite enough to beat Rio Linda on Monday and fell 2-1. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Huskies came into the game with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 402nd, while the Knights are ranked 839th).

Casa Roble now has a losing record at 2-3-1. As for Sutter, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-4.
