Mt. Eden's defeat was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 4-17. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 25.0 points per game. As for Hayward, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine games, which provided a massive bump to their 15-9 record this season.
