Fans were treated to a battle of the Eagles on Monday. Turlock Christian came out on top against Stockton Christian by a score of 35-27. That eight point margin sets a new team best for Turlock Christian this season.

Leading Turlock Christian to victory were Christiana Eivaz and Claire Betts. Eivaz almost dropped a double-double with 14 points and nine boards, while Betts posted 14 points and four steals. Betts is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Turlock Christian smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 16 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 11 offensive rebounds in seven consecutive matchups.

Turlock Christian's record now sits at 6-4. As for Stockton Christian, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-6.

Turlock Christian and Stockton Christian will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next games.
