Pelham waltzed into their match on Tuesday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They blew past the Randolph-Clay Red Devils 15-1. The Hornets have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Red Devils, too.
Ty'Keria (Leah) Sigala was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, tossing one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. She has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than two hits any time she's pitched this season. She was also solid in the batter's box, earning two RBI and three runs.
In other batting news, Lillian Hoskins was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with four RBI, one triple, and one double. That double marked the first that she has hit this season.
Pelham's win bumped their record up to 9-3. As for Randolph-Clay, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3-1.
