Football Game Preview: Cook County Vikings vs. Littlefork-Big Falls Vikings

Cook County will face off against Littlefork-Big Falls on Friday. Cook County is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.

Cook County is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Saturday. They breezed past North Woods to the tune of 54-6. The Vikings might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four games by 20 points or more this season.

Cook County's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Graham Oberholtzer, who rushed for 69 yards and two touchdowns on only five carries, and also picked up 49 receiving yards and a pair of TDs. The dominant performance also gave Oberholtzer a new career-high in receiving touchdowns (two). Parker Backstrom also helped with two scores in total.

Meanwhile, Littlefork-Big Falls got themselves on the board against South Ridge on Saturday, but South Ridge never followed suit. They claimed a resounding 35-0 victory over the Panthers. The Vikings are also no stranger to big wins: their blowout was the sixth matchup they've won by 20+ points this season.

Cook County's win bumped their record up to 8-0. As for Littlefork-Big Falls, their victory bumped their record up to 8-2.
