Soccer Recap: Springfield Comes Up Short

Springfield was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They came up short against the Troy Trojans, falling 6-2. The matchup was up for grabs at halftime, but sadly Springfield struggled afterwards.

Springfield's loss dropped their record down to 4-13. As for Troy, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-4-1 record this season.

Springfield will take on Beavercreek at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Troy, they will square off against Stebbins at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
