Soccer Game Preview: Fannin County vs. Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe

The Fannin County Rebels will square off against the Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe Warriors at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Last Tuesday, Fannin County didn't have quite enough to beat East Hall and fell 2-1.

Meanwhile, Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe was not able to break out of their rough patch last Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. While the 1-1 score might suggest a draw, it was Heritage who was credited with the victory. The Generals got it done in the shootout by posting six goals to Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe's five.

Fannin County has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-6 record this season. As for Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe, their loss dropped their record down to 5-7.
