Basketball Recap: Burrell Comes Up Short

Burrell lost against Knoch back in January of 2022 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Burrell Bucs fell 38-28 to the Knoch Knights. The game marked the Bucs' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Burrell and nudges their season record down to 5-2. As for Knoch, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 2-5.

Burrell will head out to face off against Derry at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Knoch will take on Highlands in a holiday battle at at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Knoch is facing Highlands at the right time seeing as Highlands is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
