Softball Recap: St. Teresa's Academy Takes a Loss

St. Teresa's Academy had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They came up short against the St. Michael the Archangel Guardians on Saturday, falling 14-2. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it six in a row.

The win (which was St. Michael the Archangel's third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

St. Teresa's Academy will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on East Buchanan at 4:30 p.m. on the 9th. As for St. Michael the Archangel, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 5-4 defeat against Winnetonka on the 30th.
