Basketball Recap: Kimberton Waldorf Extends Road Winning Streak to Seven

With a playoff win on the line, Kimberton Waldorf rose to the challenge on Friday. They snuck past the Mastery Warrior with a 55-50 win. The victory was nothing new for the Bulls as they're now sitting on three straight.

It was another big night for Camron Nixon, who dropped a double-double with 30 points and ten rebounds. The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in points. Another player making a difference was Ciara O'Hara, who posted 17 points and six steals.

Despite the loss, Mastery still got an impressive performance from Brasaiyah Stern, who scored 24 points. Stern's big performance that afternoon made it seven games in a row in which she has scored at least 16 points. Ciani Masa was another key player, putting up 13 points.

Kimberton Waldorf pushed their record up to 25-4 with the win, which was their seventh straight on the road. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.7 points over those games. As for Mastery, they suffered their first home loss, dropping their record down to 20-4.

Kimberton Waldorf didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 55-53 victory against New Foundations on the 23rd. As for Mastery, they will challenge Lindenwold at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
