Soccer Recap: CORE Butte Comes Up Short

CORE Butte lost against Paradise Adventist Academy back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Lynx came up short against the Cougars, falling 7-0.

CORE Butte has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-6 record this season. Those defeats can't be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 14 goals over those five matches. As for Paradise Adventist Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 8-3-1.

Looking ahead, CORE Butte will look to defend their home pitch on Tuesday against Loyalton at 4:00 p.m. Paradise Adventist Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
