Soccer Recap: Bonita Vista Finds Home Pitch Redemption Against Coronado

There's no place like home for Bonita Vista, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Coronado Islanders a 2-0 shutout on Monday. The Barons have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Islanders, too.

Victoria Sandoval and Sofia Nunez scored both of Bonita Vista's goals, bringing their combined season tally to four goals.

Bonita Vista's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Coronado, they now have a losing record at 0-1-1.
