Softball Recap: Twin River Wins Going Away Against Lincoln Northwest

Twin River won the last time they faced Lincoln Northwest and things went their way on Saturday too. The Titans put the hurt on the Falcons with a sharp 11-1 victory. The Titans might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four matches by six runs or more this season.

Twin River got a massive performance out of Adalyn Bishop, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with five RBI and one double. That's the most hits Bishop has posted since back in August of 2024. Another player making a difference was Briley Dohmen, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with three runs and one RBI.

Twin River always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .577. They are 4-1 when they post an OBP of .513 or better.

Twin River's win bumped their record up to 5-6. As for Lincoln Northwest, they are on a 12-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.

Looking ahead, Twin River will square off against Freeman at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Lincoln Northwest, they will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Hastings at 5:00 p.m.
