Basketball Recap: Azusa's Win Ends Four-Game Losing Streak at Home

There's no place like home for Azusa, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 34-32 win over the Baldwin Park Braves on Thursday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Aztecs have posted against the Braves since February 3, 2016.

Azusa's win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 7-12. As for Baldwin Park, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven games, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-12 record this season.

Azusa will head out on the road to challenge Sierra Vista at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Sierra Vista will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something Azusa surely won't give up without a fight. As for Baldwin Park, they will host Garey at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
